An Edwardian town house within a 10 min walk to town, we trade as a Bed & Breakfast most of the year but like to take a holiday in March or October or November. We have Three double bedrooms all en suite, a dining room, large kitchen, conservatory/snug/tv room opening out onto a private garden perfect for alfresco living. We have a drive that caters for up to five cars which is lit up at night. Our market town is quite bustling, market day Fridays, we are on the Norfolk/suffolk broads with a quay where you can sit and have a cup of tea, boats/canoes to hire, or simply be taken up the river to a lovely old pub to eat and drink by the river.
We have lots to see, a beautiful church in the heart of town with a tower to climb where you can see Beccles and its surrounding area. A musuem with all the history. An award winning lido which is very well used by everyone. The town also boasts of having lots of cafes, restaurants ,pubs and interesting shops along with Tescos and Morrisons. The bus will take you straight through to Norwich going to and from Beccles at regular times of the day, Norwich is less than 20 miles away, Lowestoft 9 miles with a fantastic sandy beach and a must, is Southwold just 12 miles away, totally unspoilt and quaint with a privately owned pier and a lighthouse to climb and lots of places to eat and drink, lovely beaches lined with colourful beach huts.
