This comfortable, cosy four bedroomed mid terraced house is located in a quiet rural market town.
The sweeping Yorkshire Wolds lie to the south and to the east with beautiful villages and footpaths bisecting the Wolds Way.North across the farmlands and market towns of the Vale of Pickering rise the heather-clad North York Moors. Go west and you'll climb the Howardian Hills, home to splendid Castle Howard of "Brideshead Revisited" fame. South-west lies York with all its mediaeval splendour. North-east on the A64 you'll comcoasts he Yorkshire coast with castles, fishing villages, boat trips and candy-floss. The house has two double bedrooms one of which is the converted attic bedroom, There are two single bedrooms, Family bathroom and separate shower room with w/c and sink. Large family kitchen diner with dining table and duel fuel range cooker. Lounge with log burner, 42" tv with surround sound and blu ray. One of the single bedrooms has a large cotbed.
At the front of the property there is enough space to park one car in the driveway, on street parking is also available.
