We are the major part of a Georgian mansion. It is a family home set in 3 acres, surrounded by open countryside and adjacent to the River Eden. Based in the unspoilt Eden Valley we are 5 miles from the pretty market towns of Appleby and Kirkby Stephen and within easy reach of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. We are equipped with all the usual facilities and for the children, a trampoline, slide and toys in the garden. All in all, a perfect family holiday.
We are experienced swappers and are open to offers from anywhere in the UK, but prefer to swap during the school holidays.
