Haywards Heath Situated between London and Brighton we are 40 minutes train ride to London and 20 minute drive to Brighton.
Our home is a 3 bedroomed 1930's semi with off road parking for 2 vehicles. Recently renovated now consisting of living room with open fire and 42" wall mounted plasma screen tv, and chest coffee table full of toys. Separate dining room tastefully furnished. Large 20ft kitchen/breakfast room, washing machine, dryer, diswasher and microwave included.
Downstairs toilet. Upstairs 2 doubles (master with tv and DVD, both with double beds, and one with cot. One single room. Upstairs bathroom (with bath and overhead shower)
Outside large garden, solid wood garden furniture, gas BBQ, childrens play area.
Haywards Heath is a small but cosmopolitan town, lots of quirky bars and restaurants with outdoor dining areas, as well as a high street with many high street stores. Its a ten minute walk into town from the house. Large park, with paddling pool central to town, thats hosts many functions and concerts throughout the year, ie Kathryn Jenkins plays every summer. Haywards Heath has a swimming pool leisure centre, library, Sainsburys supermarket.
In the heart of the home counties West Sussex boasts the South Downs, and many other lovely walks and of course many a quaint country pubs.
Brighton, a seaside town full of bars restaurants and a pier. We are only a 40 minute train ride to London, with direct services to London Bridge and Victoria, a very regular service. (approx every 15mins). Also all within an hours drive are Chessington Park, Drusillas, Thorpe park.
