We can offer a double bedroom and a double futon in the family room.There's a bathroom (with bath and shower), and a shower room with toilet. There's a modern kitchen, a breakfast room, dining room, sitting room - great space for relaxing. This is ideally an adult home as our family has flown the nest so there is little to amuse young children. There's a delightful rear garden and well maintained front garden. Edinburgh has several Art Galleries, concert and theatre venues and great restaurants and bars - all you need for a culture experience. This location gives easy access to the City and all its amenities but is also well situated for a touring holiday in the beautiful Scottish Borders. The Pentland Hills are a 10 minute drive away.
