The Isle of Wight is an increasingly popular holiday spot with fantastic beaches and surfing, walks, events and attractions. Our corner of the island is quiet and unspoilt as well as outstandingly beautiful with walks from our doorstep to panoramic locations and great family beaches close by. We have a cosy late Victorian terraced cottage with period features in an unspoilt area of West Wight, tucked away from a quiet cul-de-sac with small (child-safe) stream running past front door. We are just converting our loft which will be finished by June this year. One double room, second bedroom with single bed, loft room with two single beds. Gas CH, shower and bath with constant hot water, dishwasher etc. Two cats in situ, but very used to dogs - we have two very well behaved ones who will be travelling with us. We have a long garden with trampoline and tree house at the back for kids and the garden eventually backs onto fields. Within a mile of two lovely beaches, the Needles, etc. Also within short walk of village shops, pubs, sports centre etc. Wonderful base for walkers, cyclists and family beach holidays as well as for sailing and watersports. Notable events such as the Isle of Wight Festival, Cowes week etc are really popular. There are masses of family attractions on the island such as Blackgang Chine, Dinosaur Isle, Amazon World etc too.
