Our cosy family home is a 3/4 bed semi- detached house in a lovely village 1.5 miles outside Stratford-Upon-Avon where we live with our three children aged 10,5 and nearly 3. We have a lovely ginger cat who has a fantastic temperant but lives out doors due to family allergies if you can feed him that would be great otherwise the neighbours are lovely and will pop round.

Local Area
We have all the benefits of living near a popular tourist destination while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of village life.
We live on a quiet residential road opposite the local village primary school and nursery. The village has a post office with Spar shop, local fruit and veg shop, off licence, chinese restraunt & take away and Indian restraunt &take away and a deli which becomes a tapas bar in the
evening. There is also a local village pub which serves food. There is a lovely little play area within 3 minutes walk and Stratford is about 20 mins walk away along a safe and established footpath. There is an excellent regular bus service into town and surrounding areas (Warwick. Leamington Spa etc the bus stop is 30 secs walk from the front door). We are close to open countryside so there are a number of walks on the doorstep. Wellesbourne Market is very nearby and very popular.
Stratford -Upon-Avon is a gorgeous and historic market town with a wealth of visitor attractions and ammenities (too numerous to list!)
Birmingham,Banbury, Oxford and the Cotswolds are all within an hour's drive and we have several National Trust Properties nearby- Charlcote Park is 5mins drive.

Our Family Home
We live in a traditional 3 bed semi and have converted a downstairs reception room into a 4th bedroom. There is an open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining room which leads into a large conservatory extension/family room equipped with sky plus underfloor heating and lots of toys. Off the kitchen there is a utily room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer and a down stairs loo. The family room looks out on our back garden (approx 125ft long) where there is a play house, toddler slide and large trampoline.
The downstairs bedroom is the master suite with a kingsize bed, digital tv/dvd player and piano. Upstairs there is a single bedroom (belonging to 5 year old son), a small double sized bedroom containing a single bed and digital tv/dvd player (10 year old daughter decorated in purple and very girlie) and a large double room with a small toddler bed and lots of toys, however there is ample room for a guest bed so it could easily sleep another person. The family bathroom is upstairs and has toilet, sink and electric shower over the bath. At the front of the house there is room on the drive for 3 or 4 cars, the house itself overlooks the village school and nursery and is situated on a quiet road. There is a large secure and private garden at the back of the house.
Our house is very much a family home - modest, clean and tidy.
