3 bed newbuild detached 14 years old. Parking for 1 car on drive - garage not in use for car but plenty of parking on culdesac .Converted loft but access only by dropdown ladders, which is why described as sleeps 5. (one room has a high sleeper accessed by ladders so not suitable for elderly people) a teenager would be great in that room.
