We have a sunny, bright and spacious victorian flat in the seaside town of Weston super Mare in Somerset. We are on the first floor - which is the top floor of a detached victorian villa and therefore have wonderful views of not only the town but the Bristol channel and the Mendip Hills and countryside. We have a massive garden -bit like an orchard with over 14 fruit trees! lots of seating areas and a summerhouse with electric for that important cup of tea! or coffee!
We have 2 double bedrooms (plus another double for our grandchildren. ) A large sunny lounge, kitchen diner with sea views, shower room and en suite. 2 mins walk to town centre which has a good shopping centre or 6 mins to sea front with lots of cafes, bars etc. Having lost the Grand Pier to a fire 2 years ago, the rebuilding of a much finer pier will be completed this summer. The re build promises a 4D cinema, victorian tea rooms and super rides designed or sourced from abroad especially for the pier. We have coastal walks, local ancient woods and lots of countryside or if you prefer city life and culture - Bristol is less than 40 mins in the car or even less via the train. The Somerset levels and Glastonbury , Wells and Cheddar also within 40 minutes drive. If you would like to travel further afield, Devon is just under an hour via the m5.
If you want to just chill and relax and enjoy the views, sit and read in our special garden or you would prefer culture in the city, walking the mendips or just exploring the local areas - do contact us as we are open to lots of options including weekends, long weekends or longer during the summer.
