We live in North London in a quiet residential area, yet only 12 minutes from a tube station (Picadilly Line, zone 3) and Wood Green High Road. The heart of London with its numerous attractions is oly 20 minutes away by tube.

Our house is very much family friendly, with a double bedroom, children's bedroom with bunk beds, and a box room that sleeps one. Our garden is unusually long for London, and has a huge (13 ft) trampoline in the middle for the whole family to enjoy and lots of flowers and herbs in spring and summer . The area has 3 lovely parks closeby, and Alexandra Park and Palace with its incredible views over London within a walking distance.

Since we live in London, we would love to swap for places that offer vast spaces, preferably beaches and lots of nature.
I work in a school and our two children are school age so we can only swap during school holidays.

For places not far from London, we are keen to swap at weekends. Otherwise, we are looking to swap in the first week of the easter break, the half term break at the beginning of June, and in the second half of August.
