Our house is a cosy cottage just off J32 of the M4.We are close to Cardiff (castle, excellent shops, museum,theatres,cinemas parks) and Cardiff Bay with the famous opera house the Millennium Centre as well as boat trips, water sports etc. We are also within driving distance of fantastic beaches along the Heritge coast and mountain walks in the Brecon Beacons. Tongwynlais has its own castle- the gothic Castell Coch set in a beautiful forest just minutes from the house. If you like cycling the Taff Trail from Brecon tio Cardiff goes through the village and provides a trafffic free rout e down to the Bay.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, living room /dining room and separate sitting room. The kitchen has all the usual equipment. Just outside is a sunny courtyard ideal for a leisurely breakfast and up some steep steps a long rambling garden with table chairs, hammock and shady trees. We have very friendly neighbours who may offer you fresh eggs from their chickens!
We would like you to keep an eye on our cat and rabbit.
In the village is a pub (2 minutes away) post office, hairdressers, small well stocked shop and chemist. 5 minutes away is a large 24 hour supermarket.
