Three bedroomed terraced house in South West London (Zone 3) close to tube, train and bus services.
Well equipped comfortable home with a small garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Loads of toys, books and games for children of all ages. Baby equipment available if required - travel cot ,booster highchair etc.
Our house is ideal for 4 but could accommodate 1 extra should the need arise. We have 1 double bed, 1 children's bedroom with a single that converts to a double if needed and a further children's room with single (180cm). Small but functional bathroom with bath/ shower. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher.
2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes available to suit 8+, scooters etc
5 minute walk to the local park with fitness equipment, skate park and play equipment and Tooting Bec Common and 10 minutes to the Open Air Lido open from May - September. 10 minutes to the shops, library, banks, tube, restaurants and pubs. Leisure centre close by. Supermarkets within walking distance. Lots of recommendations can be found within our house swap files!
All the sights and attractions of London can be easily reached on public transport. Pay as you go Oyster cards available for your use.
We are an Anglo french family who are experienced house swappers. We have maps, guide books and loads of information concerning places to see and things to do.
We do have a friendly hamster that would need feeding for the duration of your stay but if this poses a problem he can easily be looked after by friends.
