.Our house is a victorian cottage which we have completely refurbished. It is a semi detached on three floors with a two single bedrooms [1 only has a cot in it] and a bathrom on the first floor and a master bedroom and en suite in the attic. The garden is really long [140ft] and has a play house and a trampolene in it.
We are only about 500m from Prinsted Village which is very picturesque with thatched roof cottages and a lovely harbour. Emsworth is about half a mile to the west of us and is a great base for anyone interested in sailing or who like good pubs and restaruants.
Goodwood with the motor and horse racing is about 5 miles to the north east and the city of chichester to about 5 miles to the east of us.
There are top quality beaches at hayling island [6miles away] and west wittering which is 12 miles away.
There are also great walks to be enjoyed on the south downs and the new forest is only about 50minutes drive away. There are also numerous coastal walks on the doorstep.
