We live in a rural village in a three bedroomed chalet bungalow,contempory design,GCH ,garage,four bedrooms (king sized,2 doubles) boxroom suitable for cot or small child,2 bathrooms,1 ensuite.study(wireless internet),two lounges,dvd,video,3 tvs with integrated freeview kitchen with integrated appliances,dishwasher etc,enclosed private garden with summerhouse and hardwood hammock, table and chairs.Enclosed safe garden. Our home is ideal for older swappers or young children as 2 bedrooms and all bathrooms are ground floor and garden is fairly level and enclosed.
We are close to Nottingham and Derby but close to A50 which links the M1 .A52 and A38 to access Leicestershire,Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We live within 10 mins of glorious countryside close to the Peak National Park and National Forest with stunning landscapes and quaint market towns and villages.We are close to National Trust properties,Kedleston Hall ,Calke Abbey, Sudbury Hall plus cycling trails(Tissingon).
We are close to Alton Towers,Leicester Space Centre,Chatsworth House,Melbourne Hall and Gardens, Conkers (good for children) Crich tramway museum,Donnington Grand Prix Collection,Midland and Butterley Railway .We live close to a canal offering walks and cycle trails and country pubs.To the north is Robin Hood country and D H Lawrence Country.Royal Crown Derby,We live close to water sports activities at local reservoirs Carsington & Foremark.
