House Details
- A 4 bedroomed semi-detached house in the lovely village of Leeswood-3 miles from the market town Mold, 6 miles from Wrexham and 12 miles from historic Chester.
We are situated on a no through road, with one parking space off road (to the side of the property) and room in front to park two further cars.
-The house has two double bedrooms and two childrens bedrooms (each with a cot in). In addition we also have an extra childrens bed we could set up.
-We have a large family bathroom, with a seperate show and bath (baby bath also available).
-The house is child friendly, with stair gates at top and bottom of stairs.
-We have a spacious lounge with large fireplace (which is lovely for Winter warming), leading into dining room and through to sun lounge. Our entrance room has our computer in and leads into the fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead out from both the sun lounge and kitchen into our small but well used garden. The garden is lawned with a teak table and chair set and flowering borders to each side.There will be a large hammock and gas bbq available for use. We have 2 chickens in a pen, which need little looking after (just refreshing water and feed and collecting eggs daily.) NB/ if this doesn't appeal we do have friends/ neighbours who could do this for you.
We do have a cat and a tortoise, however these will be house sat elsewhere during your stay, to hopefully make it less hassle for you.
