House is in Sydenham Hill ( near Crystal Palace and Dulwich). Our house is 12 minutes on the train from Victoria (Sydenham Hill) but near to parks and woods. Plenty of independent shops, delis and cafes nearby in East Dulwich. It is a great base from which to see London, go to the theatre, museums and everything else that London has on offer. The house is over 3300 sq ft of open plan modern living. A fantastic eat in kitchen, patio with outdoor BBQ, large garden (for London anyway) and 4 double bedrooms (all en suite), an office, a baby's room (and an extra shower room) and outdoor hot tub. The house is a bungalow so good for disabled access and very child friendly. The house is also entirely surrounded by its own garden so it is very secluded and safe for children. There is a resident cat, but she does not come in very often. We have a dog who we would prefer to take away with us. The house is on a private road in a lovely wooded area. You will not feel like you are in London at all. Good for access to the South East. Pets are welcome. Children are welcome. There are plenty of toys (indoor and outdoor) for under 5 year olds.
